Shipping Policy
SELVORA delivers across Pakistan. Delivery charges and times depend on your province and the delivery speed you choose at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are packed and handed to our courier within 1–2 business days of being placed (or of payment being received, for Card, JazzCash and Easypaisa orders). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are counted in business days from the day your order is dispatched and are estimates, not guarantees. Same Day Delivery is available only in the cities marked above, for orders placed before the cut-off time on a working day.
Your delivery area is worked out from the province and postcode you enter at checkout, so please enter your postcode correctly to get the right city rate.
Orders of PKR 5,000 or more qualify for free Standard Delivery anywhere in Pakistan. Express Delivery remains available at the rate shown above.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on all orders. Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery rider.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your order details and courier tracking information.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier will contact you on the phone number given at checkout. Please make sure it is correct and reachable. If delivery cannot be completed after repeated attempts, the parcel may be returned to us and the order cancelled.
Delays
Delays can happen because of weather, public holidays, sales periods or courier issues beyond our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us at alizafarsgd373@gmail.com and we will follow up with the courier.
Incorrect Address
Please check your address carefully before placing your order. SELVORA is not responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
